WHAT DOCUMENTS ARE REQUIRED FOR A MORTGAGE APPLICATION?

We would be grateful if you could provide us with the following documents as early in the process as possible:

• Passport and Driving Licence: must be in date.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement etc must be dated within the last 3 months (Mobile phone bill is not accepted).
• Employed: Last 3 months pay slips & Latest P60. This must show employer name, your name and date.
• Last 3 months bank statements: This must show name, address, and account number/sort code and balance.
• Self-employed (Last 3 years Tax Year Calculations & Tax Year Overviews): We can request these from your accountant if you can provide their email address.
• Self Employed (Last 3 months business bank statements (self-employed)): This must show name, address and account number/sort code and dated within the last 3 months.
• Proof of deposit: This must show name, address and account number/sort code and dated within the last 3 months.
